By accessing or using SaveIt ("SaveIt," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SaveIt provides budgeting and financial organization tools. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We are not a bank, broker, or investment adviser; nothing in the product constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@saveit.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans, trials, and renewals are described at checkout and in-app. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance. You may cancel according to the cancellation flow in your account; access may continue until the end of the current billing period where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SaveIt — including attempting to probe, scrape, or disrupt the service, violate others' rights, or use the product for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEIT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and, when changes are material, provide additional notice as required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
